Your Tasks
- Coating of engine parts using various processes (e.g., nickel, silver, chrome, as well as anodic oxidation of aluminum)
- Performing etching processes with different solutions
- Monitoring baths and conducting technical tests
- Timely processing and independent quality control of coating orders
- Controlling and monitoring processes, equipment, and systems
- Maintenance and upkeep of systems as well as your work area
- Participation in continuous improvement processes, including conducting 5S audits in cooperation with your supervisor
- Working in an efficient 2-shift operation
Your Profile
- Requirement: Completed training as a surface coater or electroplater EFZ
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- Team-oriented, committed, and flexible personality
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- English skills at A2 level
