About the job
Clerk Absence Management 40-50%
In the Payroll and Social Insurance department, you will take over the entire handling of absence management for illness, accident, MSE, etc. You are the contact person for employees, managers, authorities, and insurance companies and contribute your expertise to the ongoing optimization of our processes.
- Responsibility for the entire absence management
- Recording, maintenance, and evaluation of personnel data in the Polypoint PEP time recording system
- Checking medical certificates, maintaining the filing system, calculating vacation reductions for longer absences, and registering contribution exemptions
- Supporting payroll officers with administrative tasks
- Deputizing for payroll officers during absences
- Commercial training
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Further training in human resources, payroll, or social insurance is an advantage
- High affinity for numbers
- Good MS Office skills, experience with PEP, Abacus, and Sunetplus is an advantage
- Teamwork, personal responsibility, as well as precise and structured working methods
