Co-Head / Co-Head Nursing Maternity

• Co-management of maternity nursing
• Personnel management and development of the nursing team
• Ensuring efficient organizational structures in the organizational unit (personnel deployment planning)
• Participation in quality circles and projects
• Promotion of "nursing development"
• Ensuring a high quality of nursing care provided
• Execution of controlling functions in the organizational unit

This is how you convince us:

• Degree as a certified midwife or nurse
• Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in a postpartum ward in an acute hospital
• Ideally leadership experience in a comparable position or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Further training in leadership/management is an advantage
• Strong social and professional competence as well as high resilience
• High customer and service orientation, combined with team spirit, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Willingness to actively shape processes and further develop nursing quality
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
