You work closely with the Head of Clients and the Sales Team and are a driving force in implementing our market development and growth strategy in private banking.
Your Role in Four Sentences
- As a passionate acquirer, you build your own client portfolio for one of the fastest-growing private banks in Switzerland.
- You develop the market with your own acquisition ideas and strategies.
- You independently open up new networks and focus on acquiring new clients.
- You convincingly represent the DNA and unique positioning of Globalance and our mission externally.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- A central focus of your activity is the targeted market development of our core target groups, especially those customer segments with a high affinity for a future-oriented positioning and the values of Globalance.
- Globalance has a high proportion of female clients with a strong affinity for sustainability, future technologies, and impact. The targeted development and maintenance of a sustainable women's network or community play a central role in strengthening long-term relationships and acquiring new female clients.
- You contribute conceptual ideas. However, your main task is not planning but acquiring new clients.
- Your activities and acquisition successes contribute to the strong growth of the bank.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- You have completed commercial training or a business degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a sales role in the financial industry or a comparable environment.
- Ideally, you already have experience from an environment particularly interested in future-oriented investment concepts and understand how to convert networks into sustainable growth.
- You have excellent knowledge of financial products and services.
- You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

- You are an extroverted personality with high social competence, a winning manner, and a confident and friendly appearance.
- You have strong sales and negotiation skills to quickly acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships.

- Your goal is to deliver top performance and not settle for mediocrity.
