Your new role
As Head of Project Management, you lead strategic projects for the further development of technology and processes and conduct public procurement. You directly lead the small project management team. In the absence of the Head of Technology, you independently manage six departments with a total of around 50 employees as deputy. In addition, you represent the interests of VBSG in various working groups.
This position is for you if
- You are a team-oriented, empathetic, conscientious, and resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility.
- You have completed a technical degree at a university (Bachelor or Master).
- You have proven leadership experience as well as many years of experience in project management.
- You bring very good business management knowledge and act entrepreneurially.
- You possess negotiation skills and good communication abilities.
- You have a high affinity for ICT.
- You possibly already have experience in public procurement.
