• You handle all telephone inquiries from our private customers
• You ensure needs assessment and personally advise on our basic products in the areas of payments, saving, investing, retirement planning, financing
• Your customers are comprehensively cared for by you, their potential is recognized and internally referred to other business areas
• You provide telephone support for the technical support of our digital services

• You have a commercial basic education in the banking sector or as a lateral entry option with completed vocational training in the service sector (with several years of professional experience)
• You enjoy customer contact and have strong oral communication skills in German and French (at least level B2)
• You have a technical flair and a high service orientation
• Flexibility (we advise our customers from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. and on Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.)
