In northeastern Switzerland, the name Rotz has stood for competence around cars, customer proximity, and innovation for almost 50 years. Now the family is opening a new chapter and is expanding the well-known location into a unique gem. A restaurant with show kitchen and bar, banquet, event and seminar rooms for up to 400 people, as well as an expanded self-check-in hotel with private spa suites will be newly created.

Chef de Entremetier 100% (m/f/d)
Your main tasks:As Chef de Entremetier, you are responsible for the preparation and creative presentation of vegetable, side dish, and egg dishes, as well as soups. You ensure that the main dishes are perfectly complemented by your compositions and that our guests enjoy a harmonious, varied taste experience.
