Department Manager Specialized Assortments Textile and Curtains (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- You are a sales talent and take initiative on the sales floor and enjoy leading a team
- Your tasks include, in addition to your own sales responsibility, assortment maintenance in your specialized product group, leading a small sales team, and achieving all KPIs to be successful
- You are responsible for the textile and curtains product group and manage the daily business directly on the sales floor
- You inspire our customers with an appealing product presentation and are an absolute role model for apprentices and your sales team
- You supervise the trainees in your team
- You are responsible for the proper creation and processing of customer orders
- You are a competent and solution-oriented contact person for the concerns and wishes of our customers
- You regularly participate in assortment meetings and quickly implement concepts
