About the position
For our Industry 4.0-capable production of power semiconductors, we are looking for a committed and technically skilled personality as a Process & Equipment Technician.
With your expertise in system technology and automation, you ensure high equipment availability, troubleshoot malfunctions, drive improvements, and support your colleagues with technical questions. Together with the engineering team, you take our manufacturing to the next level and accompany the integration of new equipment into ongoing production processes.
What you can achieve
Calibration, maintenance, and servicing of equipment and components
Independent troubleshooting and repair of complex production systems (2nd/3rd level)
Preventive and condition-based maintenance to minimize downtime
Documentation and communication of equipment status and technical adjustments
Monitoring process compliance and quality control (SPC)
Implementation of improvement measures in collaboration with engineering and support
Training and support of colleagues on technical topics
Ensuring occupational safety in all activities
What you bring with you
Completed EFZ training as an automation technician, electronics technician, or polymechanic
Solid basic electrical engineering training, ideally with further education as a system technician
Several years of experience in maintenance or automation of production equipment
Very good knowledge of control technology, pneumatics, and/or robot programming
Structured, analytical, and independent working style
Good German skills (C1) and English skills (B2)
