As an innovation and technology leader, Siemens Digital Industries supports our partners in fully exploiting the potential of digitalization and automation. The DI trainee program is designed for 30 months and includes at least three assignments in which you get to know the various business areas of Digital Industries more closely. Depending on operational possibilities as well as the skills and interests of the trainees, the assignments can be completed in different areas of responsibility. Training and further education have a high priority.

Your new tasks
- Familiarization with the entire product portfolio of Digital Industries
- Building solid knowledge in the areas of automation and/or drive technology
- Getting to know all relevant tools and processes of service, sales, and product management
- Deepening, applying, and consolidating the acquired knowledge in various departments and projects (e.g., sales consulting, product management, project management, and service)
- Support by a mentor and building a comprehensive network
- Preparation for a challenging position after the two and a half year program depending on personal strengths and preferences
Your talents and experiences
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree (FH/university) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field of study with above-average grades
- Initial professional experience in a relevant field (e.g., project management, sales)
- Strong interest in operational, technical tasks
- High resilience and willingness to perform at a high level
- Team player with pronounced communication skills, high social competence, and a structured way of working
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- Start from September 2026 or by arrangement
