We are looking for a
Head Chef (m/f/d) 100% - Zurich
Your area of responsibility
- You take over the leadership and responsibility for all areas and processes in the kitchen according to the operating concept and actively participate in the daily business
- In the kitchen and office area, you lead and develop the team to promote work processes, quality, and a positive working atmosphere
- With your creative ideas, you design new trendy dishes to continually delight our guests
- You are responsible for product presentation and offer planning including calculation, ordering, and budget compliance
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, daytime as well as evening shifts
Your profile
- You have completed training as a cook EFZ and have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position or as a sous-chef. Fine dining is your craft – you know the high standards, have demonstrably proven your expertise, and lead your team confidently even in hectic moments
- As a host, you are present, approachable, and create a welcoming atmosphere. You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence and a winning demeanor.
- Your passion for culinary arts and your high quality standards make you an important part of our team
- You are IT-savvy and have good knowledge in the use of calculation and inventory management systems
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required
- An impeccable reputation is required
