Head of Equity Analysis (m/f/d)

Raiffeisen is newly establishing its own equity research and is looking for a Head of Equity Analysis Switzerland. The equity analysis is part of the Investment & Pension Center and is responsible for the analysis and recommendations of Swiss equities at Raiffeisen.

For the equity analysis team located at Zurich Airport (The Circle), we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a strong leader, analytically minded, and dynamic personality to build and lead the team.

• Build and lead the equity analysis team with a focus on Swiss equities (buy-side)
• Define recommendation management and develop analysis models
• Analyze and assign ratings to the allocated Swiss equities
• Communicate about Swiss equities (internally and externally)
• Participate in various investment committees

• Completed studies in economics, finance, or a related field (ETH, university, university of applied sciences)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in equity analysis with a focus on Swiss equities
• Strong communication skills in investment and equity topics
• Cooperative team player
• Very good IT skills
• Very good German skills are required; language skills in Italian and French are an advantage
