As a Manufacturing Operator in the 5-shift system, you operate and monitor our injection moulding and assembly machines, troubleshoot faults, and ensure smooth production processes. You apply your technical understanding to the continuous improvement of our processes and take on a responsible role in a modern production environment. This position is limited until 30.06.2027.

Workplace: Burgdorf

Your main tasks

• Operating injection moulding and assembly machines
• Detecting and reporting product and process deviations
• Troubleshooting faults during ongoing production
• Documenting processes and relevant events related to the production equipment

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training EBA/EFZ is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, GMP experience is an advantage
• Experience in shift work and willingness to work in a 5-shift system (Thursday evening to Monday morning)
• Technical understanding as well as precise, conscientious and independent working style
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B2)
