Comprising nearly 1 Hospital of the Three-Chênes, acute units including some focused on geriatric syndromes, units of geriatric rehabilitation , musculoskeletal, cardiological , neurological and oncological, and long-term care units. It also includes a specialized palliative care service, a community geriatrics unit , a liaison geriatrics unit and the Memory Center .
Job Description
The Department of Rehabilitation and Geriatrics is looking for its future usher to offer patients, the public and staff a courteous, personalized and competent welcome, in face-to-face situations as well as reception, and your respect for confidentiality are already recognized and highlighted qualities.
You inform, guide, and even accompany anyone presenting themselves at the receptions and you collaborate with other services involved in the chain of mutual aid and cooperation.
You carry out the admission of outpatient and hospitalized patients, ensuring compliance with institutional procedures. To do this, you rely on your very good sense of the establishment.
You mainly work weekends, public holidays and evenings (up to use with IT tools.
Dynamic and autonomous, you enjoy working in a team and have a strong interpersonal sense.
