Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the strategic, financial, organizational, and personnel management of KESB Winterthur-Andelfingen with 65 employees
- Overall responsibility for the distribution and completion of business as well as the coordination of the authority for all tasks of child and adult protection
- Representation of KESB in public, politics, and various committees as well as ensuring coordination and cooperation with various specialist offices, municipalities, courts, and other authorities and institutions
- Further development and consolidation of the organization, services, workflows, and processes
Your Profile
- Degree in law
- Profound knowledge of Swiss child and adult protection and several years of professional experience in this field
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a child and adult protection authority, as well as qualified management/leadership training
- Experienced in dealing with politics and administrative structures
- Very resilient, assertive, and decisive personality who quickly builds trust with all stakeholders through pronounced communication skills
