Your tasks:
- Training of apprentices in household management:
Proper introduction, support, and promotion of apprentices, planning learning objectives, conducting training sessions, and ensuring a professional and supportive learning environment - Support of the household management leadership in management tasks:
Collaboration in organizing, coordinating, and optimizing household processes, taking on delegated leadership tasks - Passing on expertise to employees:
Supporting the team through targeted guidance and promotion of professional development; ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards - Operational work in the household area:
Executing, monitoring, and optimizing cleaning and laundry processes with consideration
Your profile:
- Basic training as a certified household management specialist (EFZ)
- Experience as a vocational trainer or course is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Enjoyment of household activities
- Adaptable, team-oriented, trustworthy, and reliable
