Your Tasks
- You provide professional support in managing a demanding and interesting commercial portfolio
- You carry out lease contract changes, rent adjustments, as well as indexed rent adjustments
- You prepare commercial lease contracts
- You assist in the development and control of the annual budget
- You are responsible for the care and advice of tenants and owners
- You issue repair/renovation orders and monitor their execution
- You prepare market analyses as well as control heating/costs
Your Profile
- You have a Federal Certificate of Competence in Real Estate Management or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
- You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have experience in tenancy law as well as basic construction knowledge
- Your native language is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
- You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
- You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
- You have self-learning competence and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
