Within the scope of your qualification, you take responsibility for professional nursing and care of our clients at one of our locations. The clients are at the center of your attention.
As a Flex-Pool employee, you take on short-term assignments or work medium-term at one location (e.g., maternity cover).
You have the opportunity to work either in the Flex-Pool Domicil Long-Term Care or in the Flex-Pool Spitex Bern. If you want, you can even take assignments in both organizations - entirely according to your wishes and possibilities. A category B driving license is an advantage at Spitex.
- Training as a nursing specialist HF/DNII/AKP, as a health professional or as AGS, PH, SRK
- Good knowledge of German
- High flexibility, resilience, and composure
- Experience in nursing and care and with electronic nursing documentation
- Quick comprehension and conscientious working style
