Florists 20-60% | Bern
Workplace: Bern Train Station
As a trained florist, you are an integral part of our team and contribute to the successful operation of our sales outlet. You work passionately with flowers, bind bouquets, create arrangements, and produce plant refinements. Furthermore, comprehensive and service-oriented customer advice as well as product presentation and care are also part of your duties. With us, you take responsibility and sometimes rock the store on your own.
In addition to the points already mentioned, you have the enthusiasm to create new works every day and thus bring color and joy to the world.
As an employer, we also offer you:
• a modern infrastructure at all locations, centrally located and excellently connected by public transport
• attractive employment conditions such as company-internal minimum wages, 5 weeks of vacation, 13th-month salary, as well as additional compensation for Sunday and public holiday work
• continuous development opportunities in the form of internal and external training as well as taking on additional responsibilities
If you also see your personal advantages in a 7-day/week operation (with planned shifts); sometimes starting early and finishing early, other times starting your work later, or enjoying having weekdays off and flexible working days, you should definitely send us your application so we can get to know each other.
