Sustainability Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Design, further development and implementation support of projects in the field of sustainable supply chain with a focus on healthy, plant-based nutrition, agriculture, as well as animal welfare or food waste 

• Consulting and training of internal stakeholders, especially from the purchasing department 

• Development of concepts, decision templates and presentations 

• Collection, preparation and analysis of sustainability key figures for monitoring and communication 

• Contact person for external stakeholders and representation at specialist conferences and in industry associations 

Profile

• Completed training or studies ideally in the field of agronomy, nutritional counseling, food sciences, biology or a related field 

• Proven experience in the field of corporate sustainability and/or agricultural practice in Switzerland, livestock farming 

• Strong analytical, conceptual as well as cross-disciplinary networked thinking and acting  

• Confident German language skills at native level as well as good English skills
