Job Description
- You are responsible for welcoming and taking care of patients, planning in collaboration with the operating room, and post-operative follow-up of the patient
- You schedule appointments, prepare consultations
- You write and correct the doctor's letters as well as enter medical reports
- You perform administrative tasks such as archiving, scanning, and filing records
Qualifications
- Commercial employee CFC
- Medical secretary diploma is a plus
- Mandatory experience in healthcare
- Perfect command of computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, ...)
- Knowledge of Carefolio software is a plus
- Excellent writing skills and orthographic knowledge, medical terminology
- Versatility, organization, and autonomy in task execution
- Dynamism, responsiveness, proactivity, and speed of execution
- Good interpersonal skills
- Very good stress management and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility
- Excellent presentation
