Company Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you support the team in daily administrative and organizational tasks. You are responsible for coordinating appointments, maintaining documents and data, as well as general back-office duties. Additionally, you act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries and ensure smooth administrative processes.
You serve as the first point of contact for telephone and written inquiries, welcome guests, and assist with internal communication. Through your structured, reliable, and discreet working style, you significantly contribute to making processes efficient and relieving the team in daily business.
Job Description
- Organization, coordination, and follow-up of appointments, meetings, and business trips for the team and management
- Comprehensive administrative support in daily business operations and relieving the team of organizational tasks
- Support of the sales team in preparing customer presentations, offers, and pitches
- Reception, care, and coordination of guests as well as support of internal communication
- Ensuring smooth office operations through a structured, reliable, and discreet working style
- Support in administrative processes such as ordering, invoice verification, expense reports, and general back-office activities
- Maintenance, updating, and quality assurance of data in internal systems and databases
Qualifications
- Completed training in commercial, HR area, or comparable qualification
- Interest in sales, consulting, and customer-oriented activities
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident demeanor when dealing with candidates, customers, and internal contacts
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
- High self-motivation and hands-on mentality
- Team player with a strong service and customer orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good level of English (French is an advantage)
- Resident in Switzerland, preferably in the Bern area
