(Apprenticeship) Draftsperson EFZ Specializing in Landscape Architecture

Your tasks are

• Create plans, sketches, and models for construction projects 
• Create technical drawings by hand for sketches and plans as well as use computer-aided software, so-called CAD programs
• Conduct site inspections and, if necessary, take measurements or surveys on site
• Prepare basics to support landscape architectural designs, building submissions, and the digital management of park and green areas in professional GIS systems (Geographic Information Systems)
• Create scale-accurate representations and 3-D views of construction projects
• Manage manageable administrative tasks in the department and support colleagues

Your profile

• Completed compulsory school at secondary level A is an advantage, or very good completion of secondary level B as well as good performance in mathematics, geometry, technical drawing, and computer science
• Interest in public spaces, green planning, and landscape architecture, in the city as well as in nature and plants
• Enjoyment of construction and horticultural technology as well as technical drawing on the computer
• Good spatial imagination and precise, highly motivated, and focused working style
• Open, communicative, and team-oriented person
