Trainee Business Development 80-100% (12 months)

As a trainee, you have the steering wheel in your own hands and can work on a variety of exciting and diverse projects depending on your talents and strengths. You will have the opportunity to implement projects very independently in collaboration with the Head of Business Development and thus advance our company in various areas. You will be closely involved in opening up new markets or sales channels, optimizing our systems and processes, and shaping our product range. For this, you will create analyses, juggle numbers, data, and facts, and engage in lively exchange with our stakeholders. We count on your drive, constructive feedback, and innovative ideas.

A varied activity awaits you with a broad insight into our various departments and the e-commerce landscape, a lot of personal responsibility, and a great, helpful team. After your trainee program, we offer you the chance to establish yourself long-term in business development if there is mutual interest.

What are your tasks?

• Active participation in the planning and execution of projects in the area of corporate development (such as the introduction of new private labels, optimization of our webshop, etc.)
• Regular data analyses for the further development of our sales and product range strategies
• Assistance in the evaluation and introduction of new tools, methods, and processes
• Analyses and research on trends and developments
• Continuous development of process improvements
• Ongoing exchange with our stakeholders

What is important to us

• Ideally, you have already completed a business degree at the bachelor or master level and can communicate fluently in German and English, both orally and in writing
• You are passionate about e-commerce and have always wanted to know what makes a successful online shop tick
• Questioning facts critically and finding creative solutions is fun for you. In general, you are an initiative personality who likes to think along and contribute your own ideas
• Not only your friends know that they can always rely on you
• You have a hands-on mentality and never lose sight of the big picture
• As a digital native, you know MS Office (especially Excel) like the back of your hand and are not afraid to learn new systems
• If you have already gained some experience in data analysis and related tools, that is a big plus for us
