Shape the future of vocational education! At the DBW, you will manage specialist applications from a business perspective as an ICT Process and Quality Manager, optimize processes, and elevate quality to a new level. You represent Lucerne in national committees and drive real change forward.
Your tasks
- You analyze, develop, and standardize processes, ensuring smooth operations across all areas within the Vocational and Continuing Education Office.
- You are responsible from a business perspective for the management and optimization of vocational education specialist applications in Lucerne, such as "Kompass." You work closely with ICT partners and external suppliers in this area.
- You coordinate national and cantonal projects and directives, focusing on ICT, and drive their implementation forward.
- Your activities always focus on quality assurance and improvement. You maintain a clear view of the needs of stakeholders (customers, learners, vocational trainers, parents, internal staff).
- You represent the Canton of Lucerne in national vocational education committees. You sustainably promote innovation and collaboration and help shape change.
Your profile
- With your completed studies in (business) informatics (university/FH) with further training in management and your broad technical know-how, you are well equipped for this role.
- You have several years of professional experience focusing on process design, process management, and quality management.
- Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in the field of vocational and continuing education.
- You face challenging situations confidently and demonstrate your independent and reliable working style even in these moments.
- You value clear communication, enjoy working in a team, and are service-oriented.
