The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized nursing institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich lowlands and ensures care at nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approximately 90,000 inhabitants. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offering of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.
Spitex Regional forms an important part of the care offering. It provides outpatient services for the five contract municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex service.

- Ensuring the nursing process
- Creation, adjustment, and evaluation of nursing documentation
- Accurate recording of service data
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday from 4:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist DN II/HF/FH
- High social, methodological, and professional competence
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Up-to-date IT knowledge (MS Office, Perigon)
- Driver's license category B
- Independent and responsible working style
