To strengthen our Buildings German-speaking Switzerland unit, we are looking for a(n) for the branch in Lucerne immediately or by arrangement

Building Services Planner*in Specializing in Heating 100%

In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: collaboration, passion for complex projects, and innovative spirit.

We handle demanding building services projects in the segments retail, offices, administrations, schools, hospitals, hotels, gastronomy, industry, and data centers.

Your tasks:

• Processing plans as well as creating floor plans, technical calculations, and schematics
• Supporting project management in project administration
• Creating calculations and material lists for tenders
• Participating in negotiations with architects, clients, suppliers, and HVAC companies
• Contributing to the introduction and continuous development of internal CAD standards and BIM methods

Your profile:

• Completed training as a building services planner EFZ, specializing in heating
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in planning heating systems
• Solid CAD and MS Office skills, ideally experience with BIM software
• Independent working style, commitment, practical thinking, and strong communication skills
• Goal- and solution-oriented, team-capable personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as business fluent English skills; French skills are an advantage
