Your main tasks: * Operating, monitoring, and maintaining building technical systems and control systems * Conducting and documenting inspection rounds, fault analyses, and fault repairs * Coordinating and carrying out inspections, maintenance, and repairs as well as customer orders and optimizations * Assisting with conversions and modernizations * Accompanying and instructing third-party companies * Providing on-call service Your profile: * Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ * Several years of professional experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing building technical systems * Connection permit (NIV15) or willingness and prerequisites to obtain it promptly * Fluent German skills in spoken and written form and good PC skills * Independent and reliable working style * Teamwork skills and high customer orientation * Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract) What awaits you: * fixed working hours similar to office hours * technically demanding and exciting tasks where you can prove your technical knowledge and your experience in the electrical field * modern working environment in pleasant office buildings (no construction sites) * long-term perspectives and internal development opportunities * strong team cohesion Ready for us?
