Professional leadership of the supervisors: You lead the daily teams with approximately 20 staff members of the supervision. You support the staff in their work and intervene professionally in case of incidents. You monitor compliance with regulations and enforce them.
Coordination of daily operations: You coordinate the daily business in the museum and ensure smooth operations. For this, you are responsible for various organizational activities. You are the link at the operationally relevant interfaces in the museum.
Opening and closing of the museum: You work alternately in all three buildings (main building, extension, present) and are responsible for their opening and closing. You report to the supervision management.
Experience: Professional experience in a museum as well as experience in team leadership are advantageous.
Personality: You have a well-groomed appearance, a friendly demeanor, and good communication skills. An impeccable reputation rounds off your profile. Maximum flexibility or willingness for weekend assignments is essential.
Education: You have completed vocational training.
Language: Very good German skills are mandatory, English and French at B1 level are desired.
