About the job

Your Tasks:

• Supervision of damage restoration on site
• Advising and supporting customers on site
• Ensuring effective, efficient and safe site organisation
• Documentation of the respective damage object (photo documentation, work reports, acceptance protocols, damage list, etc.)
• Personnel management of operational staff on site
• Working on site

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in the construction/construction-related sector or building cleaning
• Solid functional experience in a similar professional field, as foreman / project manager
• Independent and responsible working
• High flexibility and willingness for irregular working hours, including Saturday / Sunday
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence B
• Absolute team spirit
• Good knowledge of IT applications
