Your tasks:

Personnel and professional responsibility for our production team (carpentry, metal processing, metal assembly and pre-assembly, with around 25 employees and two apprentices)
Ensuring efficient, timely, and high-quality production
Planning, organizing, and monitoring production processes including capacity planning and quality assurance
Responsibility for the optimal use of personnel, machines, and equipment
Planning and management of maintenance and repair work for smooth production flow
Trainer for the training of apprentices as production mechanics EFZ
Continuous optimization of production processes and support of internal interfaces

Your profile:

Completed technical basic training (e.g., production mechanic, locksmith, polymechanic or comparable)
Completed further training in production management, business administration (e.g., technician HF, production manager HFP) or comparable
Several years of experience in a leadership role in production, ideally in the metal sector
Experience as a trainer and enjoyment in training apprentices
Sound knowledge in production planning, quality assurance, and process optimization
High sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Leadership personality with strong communication skills, organizational talent, and pronounced team orientation
