Missions
In direct collaboration with the current cook and under the responsibility of the Manager, your main missions will be:

Design menus for groups, events, and specific offers

Participate in purchasing and price calculation, with a focus on controlling material costs

Ensure strict compliance with plating standards

Anticipate needs and ensure the availability of dishes on the menu

Participate in stock management, inventories, and rotations (FIFO)
