Food Consultant (m/f/d)

Tasks

Culinary product development and consulting for Coop own-brand food products
Conducting tastings and sensory evaluation of food product samples
Writing tasting reports and culinary requirement profiles
Creating and testing preparation instructions and recipe ideas
Identifying and monitoring food trends as well as project controlling and reporting

Culinary basic training (chef/cook) as well as advanced training and several years of professional experience in the culinary field
Passion for the diverse world of culinary arts, food & lifestyle trends, zeitgeist, innovation and their developments
Strong service and consulting affinity
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good MS Office skills
