Your new role

You take on the main responsibility for a lively group of children aged between 4 and 13 years and accompany them in everyday life and leisure activities. Together with the team, you care, also in cooperation with the parents or guardians, for the best possible support, care, and guidance of the children. Since the Riethüsli daycare will move to the new school building at the end of March 26, interesting tasks await you, such as setting up the daycare at a new location, co-designing the furnishings, and developing new structures or rituals.

This position is suitable for you if you

• have a tertiary degree in social work or childhood education.
• have experience and joy in dynamic and lively work with children and their living environments and surroundings.
• are characterized by reliability, resilience, and a benevolent and solution-oriented attitude.
• count reflective and conceptual teamwork among your skills.
