Production Mechanic – CNC Manufacturing
Activities
- Loading various turning and milling centers with parts (series)
- Measuring/checking the manufactured parts
- Tool monitoring, replacing if necessary
- Processing the order documents
- Programming and setting up the Wenzel measuring machine
- Creating test protocols according to customer specifications
- Clarifying quality issues with customers in case of complaints
Requirements
- Apprenticeship as a production mechanic
- Experience as a machine operator
- Perfect German in spoken and written form
- Joy and interest in the profession
- Outgoing personality
- CNC experience
- Experience in metrology with measuring machines
- Customer-friendly demeanor
- Very good German in spoken and written form
