Resort Retail Manager (m/f/d) 100%
Your exciting main responsibilities include, among others:
- Bürgenstock Resort retail outlet strategy
- Management, design, and sales of the showcases in the resort, including tenant support and sales area management
- Creation and management of the budget with sales responsibility
- Trend and competitor analyses
- Creation of visual merchandising guidelines
- Leasing and management of retail spaces
- Offer definition, assortment management, and trend observation
- Analysis of sales data of existing products
- Planning and execution of attractive pop-up events, cooperations, and special promotions
- Management of relationships with all suppliers to ensure close collaboration
- Personnel and goods management
- Personnel planning, recruitment (permanent/temporary), scheduling, training, support, and leadership of sales staff in daily operations
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Efficient inventory management
- Product presentation and organization of special displays, events, and sales promotion measures
- Handling and maintenance of the cash register system in cooperation with the PoS admin of the finance department
- Handling complaints
You have completed training in sales and have already gained several years of experience. Preferably, you have worked for international luxury companies. You have an eye for detail, good analytical skills, and broad business knowledge. You think strategically, bring innovative perspectives, and are a proven leadership personality. You speak and write German and English fluently; French and other languages are an advantage. You are characterized by a quick grasp and an efficient and independent working style. Your team is close to your heart, and you motivate all your employees to achieve top performance.
