THE OPPORTUNITY
Office Assistant, 60-80% - 3 Month Maternity Cover
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to temporarily support our daily operations while covering a maternity leave. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth office functions and supporting various administrative tasks.
You will be based at our Schlieren office, located in the Biotech Park, Switzerland.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall office coordination and organization
- Procurement and inventory management of office supplies
- Scheduling and allocation of meeting rooms
- Administrative support for mailing and event logistics (internal and external)
- Front desk duties, including guest reception and handling deliveries
- Deputy key custodian responsibilities
- Maintenance and oversight of the office key register
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach
- High level of accuracy and thoroughness in daily tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in both English and German (spoken and written)
