About the job

Migration Office is looking for a

• Collaboration in the professional and strategic development of the Cantonal Integration Program (KIP)
• Development of concepts and decision-making bases for the KIP program management
• Independent management of projects within the framework of KIP
• Assistance with reporting to the federal government and the canton
• Analysis and preparation of quantitative data for reporting and evaluation of integration measures
• Support for the staff of the Integration Office on IT-specific issues ("Key-User")

• Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in the social sciences
• Theoretical knowledge in the field of migration and integration
• Experience in quantitative data collection and analysis (e.g., SPSS, R or Excel)
• Interest and openness to familiarize yourself with new (administration-specific) topics
• Independent, structured and flexible way of working
• Confident handling of digital tools
• Very good German skills as well as pronounced editorial skills
