- The LBC is one of the three high schools in the canton of Neuchâtel that provide training leading to the high school maturity certificate.
Its goal is to offer quality teaching preparing students for further studies (universities, polytechnic and pedagogical higher education institutions) and their professional future. It aims to promote their intellectual development and personal fulfillment.
You prepare and deliver psychology / pedagogy courses adapted to the level of high school maturity students.
You design and improve varied teaching materials that meet the requirements of the curricula, integrating digital tools when they provide real added value. Attentive to the needs of the students, you adapt your teaching methods and assess their progress while ensuring as personalized follow-up as possible.
Furthermore, you participate in pedagogical meetings, collaborate with other teachers within interdisciplinary projects, and inform parents about the students' progress and difficulties encountered.
Finally, you take part in the life of the high school and engage in the various projects that contribute to it.
You hold a university master's degree in psychology / pedagogy as well as a teaching qualification diploma for secondary level II.
Endowed with a strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills, you are able to inspire and motivate students while ensuring quality teaching in accordance with the curricula.
Open-minded and interested in societal issues shaping the current world, you are ready to put your expertise and enthusiasm at the service of our high school.
