In this versatile and responsible position, you will shape exciting projects in the field of mobility management and actively promote the international networking of students and staff.
Department: Rectorate
Start of work: As of 01.01.2026, limited to 12 months
- Project management of mobilities for the further development of ZHAW-wide mobility processes and implementation of program innovations at ZHAW
- Responsibility and coordination of the necessary steps in the event of reassociation to ErasmusPlus
- Representation of ZHAW as a mobility expert towards and exchange with national SEMP stakeholders (Movetia, other universities, IRUAS, working groups, etc.)
- Maintenance of mobility operations on the Mobility-Online software (troubleshooting, administrative support, assistance with questions or problems for International Offices)
- Administration of scholarship payments with the financial accounting department
- Consultations with ZHAW International Offices and corresponding clarifications (e.g., with Movetia)
- Continuous improvement/optimization of ZHAW's mobility processes
We are looking for a committed individual with training in business administration or a commercial qualification as well as further education in project management. You have solid, several years of experience in project management and ideally bring knowledge in mobility management at universities. Experience with the "Mobility-Online" software and Erasmus+ is a great advantage. You enjoy working cooperatively with different people and teams, are interculturally competent, flexible, and have a confident command of German and English, both spoken and written. In addition, you are characterized by networked thinking, a user-oriented working style, and independent action.
