What it's about
In this central role, you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure the smooth operation of the control system applications both internally and at our customers.
- Customer support: Receiving and processing support requests by phone and email (1st and 2nd level support).
- System maintenance: Support and maintenance of our control system applications at customers, remotely and partially on site.
- Error analysis: Systematic analysis and troubleshooting of faults in the systems related to our control systems. This also includes test setups.
- Commissioning: Supporting our project engineers during the commissioning of new systems for special tasks.
- Documentation: Creating and updating tickets, system documentation, and instructions.
What is needed
- Completed technical basic training, e.g. as an automation technician, electronics technician, or computer scientist EFZ.
- Initial professional experience in technical support, IT system maintenance, or automation environment is an advantage.
- Good IT knowledge in Windows and Linux environments as well as in networking technology.
- Experience with PLC controls or control systems is a plus.
- You are a communicative and patient personality with a strong customer and service orientation.
- Your working style is independent, structured, and solution-oriented.
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills. French skills are an advantage.
