The Solothurnisches Zentrum Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies, and promotes people with disabilities of all ages as a result of congenital and acquired limitations, illnesses, and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing, and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.
At our locations in Biberist and Zuchwil, we offer varied and exciting taster days that provide insight into the future work and training environment.
Taster Days as Care Specialist, Health Specialist, Social Pedagogue, Kitchen Staff
Your Field of Activity
- You will get to know the work in the respective area and the company during 1-5 days.
- You can assist with simple tasks.
- An exchange with trainees is possible, and you can ask questions about the professions.
- You will receive information about the training.
- At the end of the taster days, you will get an impression of the Solothurnisches Zentrum Oberwald as a potential training company.
Our Requirements
- You have reached the age of 13.
- You are in the 2nd upper school level.
- You have good German language skills.
- You enjoy working with people and have an appreciative attitude.
- You are physically and mentally resilient.
