• Analysis of customer requirements in the bidding phase in the field of reliability, availability & maintainability (RAM) as well as the associated life cycle costs (LCC)
• Contract review and commentary on all RAM/LCC relevant topics
• Definition and coordination of the bidding strategy for RAM/LCC topics
• Preparation of calculations and cost estimates in the RAM/LCC specialist area
• Ensuring timely delivery of all RAM/LCC documents and results in the bidding process
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary experts for international projects
• Coordination of bidding documents and calculations with the bidding team, sales, and management

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, transport systems, or similar
• Enjoyment in analyzing and interpreting technical contract requirements
• Experience in BID engineering or in the RAM/LCC field in the rail industry is a great advantage
• Resilient personality who works precisely even under time pressure
• Very good German and English skills (level B2-C2)
