Your Tasks

• You ensure needs-oriented, appropriate, and professional care and advice for our clients at home
• You take co-responsibility in case management as a second contact person
• You record and document care services
• You accompany trainees in everyday life

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist
• Mindfulness, commitment, and empathy for our clients
• Flexibility in work organization
• Driver's license, good driving experience, and own car
