Your tasks include
- Psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of our patients
- Conducting child and adolescent psychiatric assessments
- Psychoeducation, psychotherapy, and counseling of patients and their relatives across a broad diagnostic spectrum
- Possibility to conduct group therapies
- Collaboration in a multidisciplinary team in close networking with external specialist agencies and case management
- Preparation of treatment documentation
- Ensuring outpatient emergency service in the form of regular on-call duties (weekdays, no nights)
- Supervision of staff
- Public relations work and participation in internal and external further education and training events as well as information events
You bring with you
- Completed specialist training desired, application possible with advanced specialist training
- High affinity and interest in social psychiatric and psychotherapeutic issues
- High social competence and empathetic interaction with patients
- Evidence-based working method, networked thinking ability
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Independent and integrative working and leadership style
- Leadership experience desired but not required
