What to expect from us
- Group with a maximum of 12 children
- Strong team of four with enough time for each child
- No staff shortage – with substitutes in case of absences
- QualiKita standards
- Regular internal & external training
- A young, motivated, and appreciative team
- 5 weeks of vacation (company holidays only over Christmas/New Year)
Your role with us
You accompany children attentively, individually, and enthusiastically through their everyday life.
Together with the group leader, you create an environment that feels like «es Stuck Familie» – safe, loving, and strengthening.
You support our team with your ideas, your commitment, and a lot of heart.
