It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labor market with measures from unemployment insurance. A quick and permanent job placement is the priority.

We are looking for a

Personnel Consultant RAV St.Gallen (m/f/d)

for the RAV St. Gallen starting immediately or by arrangement

Workload: 80-100%

Workplace: St. Gallen

What to expect

• Advising and placing job-seeking individuals
• Conducting and documenting counseling sessions
• Developing and agreeing on appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
• Cooperating with internal specialist departments (labor market measures logistics, legal service, employer service, etc.)
• Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in case of abuse
• Handling all administrative tasks related to the activities

What distinguishes you

• Commercial basic training or apprenticeship with commercial further education
• Federal diploma as HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or willingness to undertake this further education
• Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close relation to social insurance
• Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with a wide range of interlocutors from various social and cultural backgrounds
• Flexibility and willingness to possibly work at the RAV locations Wil and Heerbrugg
