The Perfumes Beauty activity asserts its uniqueness through a promise: to reveal the beauty of every woman in what is most unique about her through her perfume, makeup, and skincare products. This philosophy is largely inherited from Mademoiselle Chanel, who has always worked to assert her own independence and that of all women.
Within the Marketing team, and more specifically within the Digital & Client Engagement team, you take part in the orchestration process of the Perfumes & Beauty marketing plan for Switzerland.
Reporting to the Digital & Client Engagement manager, you participate in the deployment of the Swiss strategy, the in-store experience, and campaign launches in collaboration with Regional Marketing and the Communication and Client Experience departments.
YOUR MISSIONS:
E-retail:
Ensure the transmission, online posting, and monitoring of new products with our e-retailers according to the campaign plan
Coordinate online promotions with e-retailers
Monitor our e-retail sites and ensure compliance with the CHANEL graphic charter CHANEL
Implement optimizations with our e-retailers in the CHANEL brand space
E-commerce:
Follow up on the e-merchandising animation plan for Perfumes & Beauty campaigns
Coordinate and update the product assortment on chanel.ch
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Follow up on BAT proofs with the regional marketing team
Analyze the performance of email campaigns
Monitor and update client and employee records in the CRM tool
Write briefs for mailings
Coordinate client and employee birthdays
Client experience:
Support the implementation of the Maison's omnichannel services
Follow up on digital tool optimizations
Others:
Opportunity to participate in additional projects alongside daily tasks, depending on needs and key activity periods.
YOUR PROFILE:
Currently in higher education such as HES / HEC (MASTER), you are looking for a responsible internship that will allow you to develop your marketing and digital skills, your product knowledge, and enrich your business vision. You show curiosity for the Perfumes & Beauty and luxury universe, and you know the main Beauty players in Switzerland.
You demonstrate rigor and organization, are multitasking, and have an eye for detail.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to coordinate different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Finally, you are autonomous and proactive, naturally adaptable, and enjoy working in a stimulating and evolving environment.
You have excellent knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) and master computer tools.
Job conditions:
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
The internship must be planned within your study curriculum.
The internship must be necessary for obtaining the diploma.
The internship must be validated by the awarding of study credits.
