The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.

With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Peer Employee or Recovery Companion (m/f/d), 15%

We are looking for reinforcement at the Lenzburg location immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Leading a recovery group in our day clinic and supporting the recovery process of those affected in individual conversations
• You bring the perspective of experience and recovery into the group
• You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and support the therapeutic work
• Participation in team meetings within your workload

Your profile:

• You have had uninterrupted abstinence for at least two years and reflect on your own experiences in the field of addiction
• You regularly attend a self-help group (e.g., NA or AA) or possibly even have experience leading a group
• You are qualified to support other people in their recovery process
• Your peer training is already completed or you will complete it soon
• You bring a high level of understanding and sensitivity for people in social borderline situations
• You are a responsible and communicative personality
• You are flexible, a team player, and reliable
• We wish for an attitude characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
