Your perspectives
- You are responsible for the professional, personnel, and administrative management of cleaning and laundry with around 25 employees.
- Together with the team, you ensure a high level of service quality. You develop and optimize processes and standards.
- You maintain effective collaboration with the areas of care and support, hospitality, and administration.
- You combine strategic thinking with operational presence and actively work in daily operations.
Your profile
- You have leadership experience in housekeeping/facility management.
- Your empathetic, communicative manner strengthens the team and feedback culture and promotes cross-departmental collaboration.
- You are an organizational talent, work effectively, and possess digital skills.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic, varied daily routine within a multicultural team.
